Great service and work was done on time

I felt the wait was longer than it should have been, one and one half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a 10:00 appointment. Once the car was at the delivery area, it took another 15 minutes to print out the paperwork. This was a first time oil change.

I have nothing negative to say.

Always feel welcomed and that the dealership cares. Daniel Ramirez is a class act, almost family.

My only complaint is that the process takes too long. We knew what we wanted, we had the money. No reason this should take four hours. Other than that everybody was very nice and professional.

Joey Alaniz made the process smooth and easy by working with him through text and phone calls throughout the week. We would highly recommend Aztec Chevrolet and Joey Alaniz.
